What is the best 2 DIN car stereo right now?

I have a Mercedes CLK Brabus. I would install a screen in the car. I would something, if possible, that would still allow me to use the steering controls for volume ..... do not know if this can be done ... can be expensive. I watch some Kenwood stereos .. as DNX7200 .. had a lot of great ..... features, but nobody else can recommend another good one .. I want to look stylish in the car ..... as at the moment .... the only thing that puts me off buying it is .... is the security issues ... (Is there a way to hide them?) And it will change my elegant finish in the car ....... Any ideas people?? Any good sites I should look??? ? ... Thank you

The Pioneer AVIC D3 is a CD, DVD, AM, FM, navigation while it lasts about a 999.99 but it's worth it. You can also buy a sterring wheel adapter for about 99.99 for it. So you can still use your controls.
